I.     SCOPE

       This policy governs the establishment of all Universit procedures and includes:

       -      Initiation of new procedures

       -      Revision of existing procedures

II.    POLICY

       Responsibility for the approval of University procedures is delegated to the appropriate
       senior officers and vice presidents of the University.
