PRISM TRKS (Time Record Keeping System) is the University of Pittsburgh’s automated time and attendance system established through a joint effort by the Office of Human Resources, Financial Information Systems, and Payroll. PRISM TRKS will be used by classified staff at the University and will incorporate best business practices and time-related policies and procedures.

PRISM TRKS will:

  • streamline the process of time reporting
  • track the accrual and use of vacation, sick, personal days and compensatory time
  • reduce paper forms

PRISM TRKS is anticipated to “go-live” in mid-Fiscal year 2010. Check this site often to view details related to the project, training schedules, updated policies and procedures and rollout information.
