University-wide Contracted Suppliers
These suppliers offer the best overall value to the University. This means that in addition to discounted prices, they offer excellent service, direct on-time and generally free delivery, an easy paperless ordering and payment process via PantherBuy, and other important contractual protections for the University. Purchasing, with input from the University Community, evaluates the performance of these suppliers quarterly. Many of our suppliers also offer the same discounts to faculty, staff and students for their personal purchases. In order to demonstrate the University’s support for the local community, many of our contracted suppliers include local, Pennsylvania, and disadvantaged business suppliers.
