About
The Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404 Project Management department is primarily responsible for:
- Implementing Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, which requires management to acknowledge responsibility for maintaining an effective system of internal controls over financial reporting and report on the system’s effectiveness.
- Coordinating the distribution of the SOX Section 302 questionnaire each year.
- University –wide management of financial policies.
