Due Dates

The due date is always the 17th of the month.

  • eBills are posted on PittPAY on or about the 20th of the month and are always due on the 17th of the month.

    Pay by Mail

  • Access your eBill to print an invoice.

    Student: log in to https://my.pitt.edu and follow the following path:
    -My Communities->Student Services;
    -Click on -> View and Pay my eBill In PittPAY
    -On the left hand side of the page click on -> View Accounts

    Authorized Payer: log in to http://student-info.pitt.edu/ and follow the following path:
    -On the left hand side of the page click on -> View Accounts
    -Above the heavy line click on the PDF icon->Print a copy of your bill

    1. Please print your eBill and cut the Remittance Form from the bottom of the bill.
    2. Mail your remittance form with your payment.
    3. Payment must be received by the due date to avoid the assessment of a Late Payment Fee; please mail your payment at least seven days prior to the due date. We are not responsible for the late delivery of mail.

  • Every eBill must be processed. If you make changes, do not wait for a new eBill. Once a due date is assigned for payment of your charges on the eBill, that date is effective until the charge is paid.
    • If you fail to pay your eBill by the due date, a late payment fee will be added to your account; a financial hold may also be placed on your account.
    • If your charges are reduced as a result of dropping or adding courses, changing your meal plan or housing assignment, or if your financial aid changes, you should adjust your payment accordingly and make payment by your due date.
    • If changes you have made increase your charges, pay the amount due on your eBill by the due date and you will receive a new eBill for the additional charges the following month.

If, for some reason, you are unable to process your eBill before the due date, contact the Student Payment Center (payments@bc.pitt.edu). We will help you identify and explore your options.
