eBills
Each month we will send an e-mail to your official University e-mail account announcing that your eBill is available. eBills will then be available to view and pay in PittPAY.
Here is how you will access your eBills:
- Go to https://my.pitt.edu
- Log into the Portal , using your username and password
- Your University computing account was automatically created when you entered the University, and a letter was sent at that time assigning both username and temporary password. Your University e-mail address consists of your username followed by “@pitt.edu.”
- If you do not know your username and password, you should take your ID card to one of the campus computing labs where a consultant can help reset your password, or call the Technology Help Desk at 412-624-HELP (4357).
- After logging into the site, select Communities, then Student Services, then select PittPAY.
In PittPAY you can also Authorize Payers (parents, guardians, spouses, third parties) who can then access and pay your eBills. E-mail notices of eBill postings will also be sent to Authorized Payers if they provide their e-mail address in PittPAY. Authorized Payers will be able to access PittPAY at: http://student-info.pitt.edu.
Please note that official notifications and documents will be sent to your University e-mail account, and you will be held responsible for them per University Policy. Please do not delay in confirming your username and password if you do not know them.
