Late Payments
Payment of the eBill "Total Amount Due," or "Payment Plan Due" received after the due date is considered late and the account is assessed a late payment fee.
- Payments are always due on the 17th of the month. The due date is clearly designated on each eBill.
- The late payment fee is $50.
In addition to the late payment fee, a financial hold restricting future services is placed after the second missed due date.
