Ombudsmen

Located in G-12 Thackeray Hall, the Ombudsmen assist students as confidential and impartial facilitators. They field questions regarding registration, billing, student aid or housing-related charges to students accounts.

The Ombudsmen investigate, seek to mediate and resolve complaints concerning University policies and procedures by channeling problems to the appropriate area for resolution. They may act on your behalf when necessary or direct you to the proper academic area when there is a problem involving an academic matter.

The Ombudsmen are only contacted when you have exhausted all other means of resolving student business service-related problems. The Ombudsmen have no authority to waive or modify policies, procedures, practices or decisions.

By contacting the Ombudsmen, you are making the University aware of student concerns, which can lead to changes to University policies when necessary.
